I had a couple hours to hunt today inbetween the rain drops. The county owns the property and it had a house on it that was built in 1900. Early nineteeth century history in the area. I got a 81 about 6 inches down. Thinking penny, so I dug it. When I got it in my hand I noticed it had a bowl shape to it. Started thinking maybe a button. Threw it in the pouch. When I got home I ran some water over it and used a soft toothbrush on it. The outside of it has nothing on it. The inside has what looks to be a memorial or building on it. I can see some letters but can't make anything out. It doesn't look like the Lincoln Memorial. The other item I thought was a button with a pin on the back. When I cleaned it I seen it wasn't a pin. It's really rusted good. Scratching my head on both of them. Thank You in advance for any help. Once again sorry about the pics. Thinking maybe a regular camera instead of phone camera. IDK
