The top item looks to be part of a vintage lamp ring, but I have no idea of the size, so that could be totally off base. What size is it?

My guess for the one on the left is a headlight bezel, maybe from a scooter or motorcycle. The screws seem to be placed right for aiming up/down and left/right.
