✅ SOLVED Mystery Logo on Old Hunting Bag, need help!

Hi all,

I found this old canvas and leather satchel bag at a sale a few weeks ago, and for the life of me I can't figure out this logo. There are no other markings anywhere on the bag. I assume it is hunting related, but it could be anything I suppose. Any input is appreciated!

Yep, I agree. I'd refer to it as "old-ish". Not modern, but not that old.

I think it was made by a company called Johnson & Murphy. They were big in shoes but also made canvas bags. But I cannot find an example online that shows their old logo.
