Hello Folks,
I found this round aluminum tag at an old military site. Before I chuck it in the trash, maybe someone recognizes it. It is roughly the size of a half-dollar. One side is stamped with clear numbers, the other side is stamped with words, but I cannot make them out. You can clearly see "SHALL" and what looks like possible an "R" in front of it (maybe "MARSHALL"?). There are two holes, so it was attached to something. Maybe off a telephone or electric pole? Thanks so much for you opinions!
