N.A. artifact?

Hi good people,
It was suggested I post my rock here and see what you folks think. I was MDing this past weekend at one of my field sites, former 1873+ home, and found this very rectangular rock. It appears man made. I was thinking some kind of early sash weight but several MDers have mentioned it looked N.A. Someone on the MI forum thought it looked like an abrader. :dontknow: Any thoughts? The site is high ground that is not far from a low area that I was told was once a lake.

Probably not Native American. A lot of people have small ones like that for sharpening fishing hooks/pocket knives, broken from a longer piece like the one pictured that used to be common on most farms and households 100 years ago.
