Naked lady hood ornament?

The wife was walking past an old deteriorating stone wall on our property and noticed this in the crumbling cement. Anyone know what car it is off of if indeed it is a hood ornament?

About 6-8 inches tall

I found a trophy top that is similar to that and first thought was it could be a hood orniment. It maybe in my albums on TNET. Great find you made.
