Tell him to save his money and buy a detector that has a track record, that is a piece of junk like the Viper detector.

Nalanda is Chinese crap tell him to stay away at all costs!

What do you mean about "water detecting"? Fresh or salt water? Wading, shallow water, or diving? Discrimination or will you be digging everything?

Freshwater detecting.
After more research, it pretty much is for iron detection and doesn’t detect gold unless it is a large nugget. She is not getting it. Thanks for the input everyone!

If you want to find iron, get a good PI machine. Look at the Sea Hunter if you need something close to that price range.

Whoa! Since when did you start calling the kellyco chi-com detectors junk?

I didnt say a word about Kellyco and I have never had anything good to say about the Viper no matter who sold it.

Ditto on Chinese JUNK. These are sold wholesale for about $30.00 each, branded with whose ever mark and resold for excessive markups. Usually these are marked up in the $60 - $120 range so over $400 is obscene. And I will guarantee you that if you take it down 40 meters, about 125ft, IT WILL LEAK and even implode!

She’s not getting it. She asked my opinion and I had never heard of it before so thought I’d ask here.

Thanks all for the input!
