NAME that Pictorial Hallmark

Need your help again (as always)!

Found these two pieces and I need some help with a Hallmark ID.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The first piece ($25 - simply too cool to resist) marked 833 with a pictorial hallmark. Chain marked 925 ITALY.

The second piece ($10) marked 925, also with a pictorial hallmark. Interesting adjustable ring to say the least.

Pendant is a figa hand. A good luck charm and to ward off evil. I searched for the maker with no luck, sorry. Looks like "NC"?? or "OW"?? The pendant is neat but I think it would look even better on a different chain. Hope someone can find the maker but sometimes you just can't.
