Is this a Native American Artifact (maybe a game, or a pendent) or something else? Found in a stream in Eastern Pennsylvania, in the woods. Thanks in advance!

What's it made of??

I think if it is not metal... it's some type of speciality stopper.
It looks tapered to fit into a jar or jug of some type.

I found one of those years ago and posted it here for an ID. It was determined that it was a ceramic insulator from a rotary potentiometer. I will see if I can locate that thread when I get a chance.
