Got out for an hour hunted this good alley. Didn't notice the nice workmanship or that is was native till I got home. What a nice surprise. If I anneal it I could straighten it but it would lose the patina. Would love any information on it. I am still figuring out how to post links but the coin is from the Brunswick Balke Collender company. Mine says SVEA bar. Maybe they all do. Thanks for looking, hope you get out!!!!

WOW WHAT A MYSTERY FIND ...
 

Here is a couple more pictures. Maybe it is a Chiefs buckle. The piece would be 3 inches across and 2 and 1/2 wide!! Found in 1890's layer. Happy Hunting!!!
