It's hard to tell since it looks like it has temper in it but it's not curved at all and that's one of the telling signs that it is, honestly I don't know. Hopefully someone else will come along and give input.

No size reference, size reference is always helpful, I would also have to say no from pictures posted, all are flat and the edges visible do not look like pottery.

I don't believe it's pottery. It looks more like natural sedimentary stone.
