I found this rock at a site that is known for native american activity
 

Sorry, both are just pointed rocks. Not artifact.

Still just a rock. Nothing about that naturally formed notch suggests that it was carved.

This stone has finger impressions on all 4 sides

Look at the same rock in this picture to have the same impressions on all four sides that isn't what I would call natural

Rocks aren’t native to carolina?
What did they make those mountains out of?
 

You need to think a little further east I'm 30 minutes from the coast

Coastal plain very close to the outer banks where there is no rocks that haven't been imported by native Americans or settlers
