Natural formation or artifact? Looking fo help

Hi,
I found this piece in the same area were I've been finding spear tips and other scrapers. I was wondering if this was an artifact something like a hammer or a natural rock formation. I also have some other pieces that are yellow and some red that are very light when held in your hand. I thought at first they could be pieces of pottery, but after looking at what other people have posted I don't think they are. Please let me know what you all think. I also posted a picture of all the artifacts I have found so far.

Everything in the last pic looks good but I would say the rest are natural from what I see. See how the bottom ones have the cortex removed and are smooth? They have been worked the others are rough and still have the cortex on them they look natural to me.
