Natural?

Found this digging in an area where Powhatan Indians once lived. I'm curious if this could have been an arrowhead. It's about 1.5 inches from end to end.

I just thought maybe it had been worn down over the years because the shape is so close.. goes to show you how nature can fool your eyes, lol!
