Naval Button ID?

I found this near the site of an 1814 Naval Battle on the Patuxent River...any ideas?

I think sports coat button, non-military, modern... maybe a closer photo to see details a little better? Is there any writting on the back of it?

There are no marks on the back. It appears to be copper or brass, and a single piece button. I have trouble uploading better photos because they are too large. Maybe this one is better....
