Found this button on a 1917 homesite. Hoping someone knows something about the button. Here's a quarter for reference.

Barker, where do you get your info? Who's navy? This sure is not a US Navy button.

You will not find that kind of rust on a real navy button, and it is not in Albert's book. Definitely fashion/blazer.
