Naval Buttons - 1790's and Civil War.. Please Help ID

Hi,

I'm new and want to thank anyone who can possibly help me. I have an Ace 250 with about 4 different coils and a nice pointer. I own some property in Virginia that changed hands a coupla few times during the civil war, a couple of battles were fought here, and was constantly occupied from the early 1700's onward.

Last year I obtained some buttons and a belt buckle, ironically enough not from MD'ing!!

Some of them are easy to ID but one or two are more difficult. I am posting front/back photos and a brief description.

1. Naval belt buckle with eagle and anchor. seen alot of them, i think. no maker mark. officer/enlisted?
2. Navy Medical Button, White Face, `Has a Caduces and Anchor. "Waterbury Button, Co. Conn." on back. Havent been able to find any information on this one.
3. Navy Coat Button. Gold/brass finish, a thin button with no backing, Eagle with Anchor in Oval, 16 stars around the edge, barely visible is the maker mark, "Carter, Lombard Street, Britain". I havent found any information on this except that it probably was made for the Federal Navy sometime in the 1790's to very early 1800's (based upon the maker and # of stars)
4. Navy Coat Button, Brass, Eagle clutching an Anchor, no maker mark, seen lots of them on the web, enlisted/officer?.
5. Navy Belt Buckle, Brass, Eagle clutching an Anchor, no maker mark, almost a match to the #4 button above, seen lots of them on the web, enlisted/officer?
6. Navy Token, dated 1863, a guy in a hat in profile with 14 stars around edge, and on back "our navy" surrounded by a wreath of some sort.

Any help you can give will be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Mike
