Nearby County Courthouse

Got some nice results from a grassy area across the street from an adjacent county courthouse. About 5 hours of digging yielded 3 silvers: a pair of Franklins (Rosie, both '64) and a Merc ('17). The Merc is in excellent shape. With the digging season nearing its end (at least in these parts), I now have 39 silver coins for the year -- way better than last year. I think my detector and I are getting along . I'd like to hit 40 silvers...maybe more? Good luck to everyone in these final days...

Just checked my weather, looks like I'm still going to be around +5 (41F) into the first week of November so I got a minimum of two weeks left woohoo!

Nice finds, hope you grab some more before the freeeze!
