Nearest beach to Saigon

The nearest beach to Saigon is Vung Tau. Famous during the war because G.I.s went here for R&R.
If you ever get to this area be sure to stop in at Ned Kelly's Pub and restaurant.
It's owned by an Australian expat who has been in Vietnam over twenty years.
