Need a handle badly

I've been looking all over kingdom come for a Square Eyed 1 1/2" x1 1/2" Post hole digger handle, I know they make them but I sure as heck haven't been able to find one around this area, I've tried Lowes, Menard's, Tractor's Supply, Nelsons Hardware, Gales hardware, Meijeur's. I've have found one place on the internet that show one but they don't sell them. I've found them 1 1/4 x1 1/4 and 1 3/8" x 1 3/8" and big ones for wheel borrow's. I ran out of places to look. I sure would appreciate any more idea's of places to go and I'll probably call them first because Gales hardware said they had one, I made sure they were sure it was 1 1/2 square they still said yes and I went all the way down there with my trusty scale and it was 1 3/8ths boy was I pissed, I'll never go back there.

I just bought this basket recently cause I really have some great spots to use this bugger.

By any chance, are there any Ace Hardwares in your area? POST HOLE DIGGER Products

True Value Hardware, Feed & Seed Stores, locally owned hardware stores?

Possible to get the next largest size and whittle down to fit?

I called the nearest one which is quite a ways and they didn't have it. River Rat, I found out where I can order one on amazon.com that's suppposedly 1 1/2" square eyed

Man Giant you wouldn't think 1 1/2 would be that hard to find, I will keep my eyes open for one.Good luck and Good Hunting...

Hey my buddy made that. I have sold many for him. Great scoops and is what I use. Try the big handle and just trim it a tad.

Do you have Home Depot there? Try them. They can make you one. Most lumber yards will make you one too. At least here they will.

Steve's one of them good old boys I'm really glad to see he's doing good these days with a full head of hair I check into his shop every now and then along with some of my finds to gloat over

There should be a handle arriving here UPS tomorrow morning, then I will be able to go out and have some more fun. I probably spent the price of this handle the other day in gas looking for one of these dogone things

I have the same scoop. I couldn't find a square one either. I bought a round one and shimmed it up. It's rock solid.
