Need advice on detector choice for an old inn??

Looking for some help. I've been given permission to hunt an old inn, and think I've found the perfect detector. (See images)

Do you think this would be the right machine for the job? It comes in green as well.

That will work if it is a plastic detector.

What will Lego think of next. Lego’s kind of make me wish I was a kid again.
