Need Artist ID Help for Giclee Print

I picked this up at a local thrift a couple days ago. It was cheap & I thought it was cool. There are areas where additional paint and/or images were added after it was printed. The signature looks like a bunch of chicken scratches to me. Anyone have a clue as to artist?

Thanks for the quick ID. I found a sold on invaluable back in 2007(?) but they wanted me to upgrade my subscription to see the price. Auction estimate at the time was $930 but we all know how that goes.
