That your kitchen counter?:laughing7:
Man, you have elevated metal detecting's status from a reasonably safe one to raised eyebrows type dinner party conversations.

You wont need a detector with that many coins... LOL Great for you!

A FEW NEW ENGLAND TOWN HAVE OLD COVERED BRIDGES WHERE PEOPLE THROW COINS IN AND MAKE A WISH - STEEP ROCK SIDES PREVENTS KIDS FROM GOING IN OR DOWN - YOU HAVE TO KAYAK TO SPOT - BUT I ASKED YRS AGO IF TOWN EVER SENDS SOMEONE DOWN TO COLLECT THEM AND THEY SAID AS FAR AS THEY KNEW THEY DID NOT - SO IM SURE IT LOOKS LIKE YOUR SPOT TOO
I WONDERED IF PEOPLE BREAKING UP MIGHT HAVE THROWN A RING OR TWO DOWN THERE ALSO

If I was just a little closer I would be there today!

I think the sand was moved and let those coins behind it. Take a look at the rocks, level of sand were on it.

It is actually a man-man creek in Epcot right outside of Canada. :) I so badly wanted to jump the barrier and start scooping up coins.

An old man once told of using a magnet for Canadian coins in such areas. Naughty fella.
