Need Hallmark Help With Sterling CZ Ring

I picked this ring up a couple weeks back at a yard sale. I was told that it was purchased on QVC. No idea if that's true but got a few other rings at the same place I was able to identify as being from QVC. This one is marked "Thailand" "925 CZ" & a symbol I can't make out. Hoping someone here might be able to help.
