Need help identifiying

Looks like brass but not sure the pipe that is coming out I beleive it to be solid lead anybody have any idea what this is

is the top hollow,threaded etc.?is it the projection on the left you say is solid lead?it would appear its hollow by the crimping at damaged area.if the projection on left had anything distinguishing to note that would be helpful.

photos of top and projection would help.It could be part of a marine dewatering hand pump.

The pipe at the top is hollow and the kink is from me. The metal tube is completely hollow all the way up to the believed to be lead pipe. I can't not see exactly how the pipe is secured to the metal pipe. The metal pipe is thick and beleive to be brass but not sure
