I need help identifying this buckle. Brass that was nickel-plated and via the reverse stamped impression, it reads "BANISTERS PAT. MAR 15". However, I don't see a year. I know there is an 1864 Banister Centennial buckle this is different and much smaller. Any help is appreciated and TIA!
