Need help identifying button

I found this button in a park today about 5" down, not sure what it's from but says
"MILITAIRES EQUIPMENTS" on one side.

That is a very common design. During the civil war they were steel and the ones we find are rusted. Then in the Sp/Am war era they had US Army on them. They are fly buttons off pants.
