Need Help Identifying Button

I found this button while detecting today. My first, I am thrilled. Now I've got to figure out what it is. I've looked at a lot of button pictures on the internet, and many of them look similar, but the angle/height of the wings just doesn't match up to the one I've found. Here's a pic, please notice how the top of the wings are a flat line, and not spread upwards like most other buttons. Thoughts? Unfortunately, there is no back to the button.

I know! It's an Indian Wars US general service button. The shield is "raised", and that was mark it's just post Civil War. Nice find. Believe it or not, I have never found one.

Very nice save on the Eagle Shield button. I had never seen one like this not being familiar with Indian War Relics. Thanks for sharing this with us. Great looking button. I meant to add great job to Smokey for IDing the button.
