need help identifying manufacturer of a WW2 artillery casing

Hi folks,
Friend of mine has an artillery shell casing, I think that is what they are called. No powder or war head. No danger.
The base has the following info: 90 MM M19--------------I think that means a 90 MM shell. I was not in the artillery.
OT 50002 4
a possible: QT
FA 1941 Field Artillery 1941 [?]
Would appreciate any info on the manufacturer if that is possible from the above info.
As I said it is completely harmless.

Hi PA rebel,

FA stands probably for frankford arsenal. The initials always are the manufacturer (if they are on their own and not in some code). Based off its date of 1941, it is most likely for one of our anti air or anti tank (im more willing to bet anti air) guns of that time. We didn't use the 90mm for even testing as main guns of tanks until later on in ww2.
