I see a warranted "Rich Orange" Civil War flower button on worthpoint. If anyone has an account maybe they could check it for you.

I don't have an account with them but those were made in the first half of the 19th century and are commonly found on CW sites, especially house sites.

Out with the vanquish 540 today and found this at a site that i thought was hunted out.
Great save Merf! I have read those flower buttons were popular with Confederate and Union CW soldiers. You will find some great stuff with the Vanquish 540.

Curious to know; what VDI number it rang up at?
