✅ SOLVED Need help identifying this utensil?

I've had this for several years and going thru my saved items and decided to post it! It measures right at 8" long and has a shallow spoon on one end and a flat pointed spatula? On the other end, tried Google search and came up with nothing! Looking forward to any possible IDs, thanks P.S. this was not a MD find!

Looks like you nailed it! The tip is broken off of the one you posted! Thanks I have a few pontil apothecary bottles that I can display it with also!
