Need help identifying

Found this pin at a old 1700's farmhouse in Philadelphia. Says Mcintire Phila on the back. If anyone has any info.

It's about quarter size.

It was found at a old farmhouse in Philadelphia that was built in the mid 1700's. I think the SMM is Samuel Mcintire Massachusetts. He was a renowned architect in Salem Massachusetts in the mid 1700's. He also worked on ships. I think it looks like a ships wheel.
