Trying to shorten the cord on a pr of headphones //

A fellow posted on here about cutting off and shortening the cord on a pr of headphones for use with the Z-link// I would like to make contact with him // Perry

If you are determined to shorten it and feel you don't have the skill, go to a TV repair shop. My cord is way too long so I give a couple loose wraps around the shaft.

What I want to do is Velcro the Z link Receiver to the top bow of the headphones and connect it to the phones with about a 10 inch cord thus eliminating all cords//
but my 80 yr old eyes and fingers cant handle the super fine wires in the cord//
