I found this piece of iron or steel along the same cove on the Oregon coastline. Found it with a Equinox 800. Finding lots of metal there, large and small pieces, lots of old nails and spikes, possibly a few old clumped coins (it's a stretch), but this one has some markings that one of you may have seen before? It looks like a "UB" or possibly "U2" stamped on it, it's magnetic and about 5-6" in length. Initially, I thought about a horseshoe (the throwing kind), but who knows. Take a stab? Any assistance much appreciated!
