Need help IDing...old blinker?

Went MD'ing around the shell of what used to be an 1850ish schoolhouse. Didn't find anything of note with the MD but did find this in what looked like a family dump...any ideas? There is a bulb on each side under the arrows (inside the casing).

Aftermarket turn signal for a '20's vehicle.

Any ideas on the manufacturer? I have been searching online and cannot find one that looks like it. Other than being from the 20's, is it rare? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
