It appears to be one of the coins of ancient Parthia, such as this silver or billon drachm dating c. 2 B.C. - 4 A.D.

BTW, the reverse image is that of an archer seated right on throne holding a bow. The inscriptions are in Greek, and that is what prompted the question I asked above.

Did you ever hear of the Royal Wart? Don't worry, you're not alone--but you can see it on the cheek of the OP's pic. TheArsacid dynasty, (BC247–AD224), was an ancient Iranian dynasty that founded and ruled the Parthian empire. The "royal wart" on the kings' cheek was often used as a visual symbol denoting a legitimate familial tie to the Arsacid dynasty.
