Need help IDing this button.....

Found this along with a handfull of others at my house in PA.? I was wondering if anyone can tell me more about it.? Any info is good info

This is what the backmark says(Gold Surface Warranted) is around the top and(W&G Chance)I think this is what it says...is around the bottom.

Kinda makes me mad though that i didn't do a much more detailed search. I did but i didn't lol. Thanks a bunch for the info.
