Hello All. Found this little guy at an old home site that has produced coins back to the 19-teens and lots of mid 1900's stuff.

He's lead and about 2-IN tall...the uniform and extras he's carrying look pre-WWII to me...must have been carrying a missing flag or rifle. Any ideas on maker and vintage are appreciated.

Good Luck out there. C9

I would guess he was carrying a rifle. Nice find.:icon_thumright:

Looks like he has a hole through the top hand, probably a flag bearer. Cool find. :icon_thumright:

He looks like a Civil War soldier.

If the colour is slightly blueish and if he has putees on, I would say WWI Austria-Hungary.

What's that on his right shin? It looks almost like a black iron cross. Gary
