Need help: Questions about Minelab SE

Someone is offering me a Minelab SE which I believe I want to buy but I'm having trouble finding out the answer to what should be a very simple question.

What's the difference between the SE and the SE PRO? Is it just a coil?

If I buy the SE, should I buy the PRO coil for it? Will it turn it into a different machine?

yes it is only the coil that makes it a Pro . And yes I would get the pro coil in is a much better coil.

I ended up calling Minelab directly this morning.

I hope the machine performs better than my thread did.

Its just the new Pro coil. I personally LOVE the new pro coil. Much better at separation than old slimline. If you can swing it be sure to get one.
