Need help to identify......

Looking to buy some bottles from a collection over 50 years old. I assume these two are rather basic.
I need to get and idea of a retail price and an offer price I should offer the seller.
This is a larger Jug it say's Quality Control and is embossed with leaves and grapes. Was this a wine bottle?
The 2nd is a Garrett's American Wines also Embossed with leaves and obviossy a Wine bottle. Again if you can halp me asses the value on these two pieces and help me with an offer price I should give the collector
