Nothing is on the back.. I wasn't told anything cause it was picked up at a thrift store...

Just doing a bit of tidying up on some older threads, mainly for the benefit of anyone searching the site for information.

There are dozens of these all over fleabay and elsewhere, sometimes at ridiculous prices. Just a couple of examples here:

The signature is interpreted as “Orpinas” and sometimes further interpreted as the work of the gifted Chilean artist Andres Orpinas who worked in America from 1962 onwards. But it’s not his signature and not his work (principally romantic landscapes, still life, and charming paintings of children). These are mass-produced as simulated oil paintings using a pseudonym… no doubt intentionally chosen to create confusion with the work of Andreas. Many commercial studios generating prints as wall-art cynically chose fictitious signatures intended to evoke quality work from real artists.
