Need help with a garage sale box find

Bought a box of miscellaneous at a garage sale and in the bottom were all the small bits and pieces. All the stuff had age so it looked promising. Amongst the small bits and pieces a were some very old pins and I have id'ed them all except these 2. Any ideas? Thanks.
