need help with a hallmark

hi all, picked this up from a thrift store today, looks like it might be slver and has a couple hallmarks i have never seen so i took a chance for a buck, any one recognise these halmarks? silver or plated? thanks in advance

Very good images you took, but they're nothing I recognize, other than they're similar to how Chistofle marks their silverplate. I'd find out in the meantime if it's solid silver or plated.
