Need Help With A Trade Token

I found this token last year in my mom's backyard in Russell, Kentucky. The problem I'm having is, I can't find ANYTHING about the name of the business on this token. I was wondering if ANYONE would care to lend a helping hand with some information or at least, point me in the direction that I need to go to find out.. Thank's in advance...

Jay--The whole study of trade tokens is really just in its infancy. Ones like this with a name like "Holly's Place" complicates the study because it isn't apparent whether Holly is a first or last name. A cursory check points toward it being a first name, so that makes it tough to find a record in many sources. I think your best bet would be to check with local sources - library, historical / genealogical society, old timers, town / county clerk, etc. - to see if anyone can assist. I'd date the token between WWI & WWII.

You might seek out the county historian or archivist and ask that person. Ask for the name and number at the county library.

I'm pretty sure we've seen this same token here before... I'll see if I can find the thread.

Edit-- I found your old thread, which seemed not to have any certain info, but I thought there was an earlier thread that had something solid about these.
