Can;t help with the name but it appears to be an etching. Along the edges does it appear to be as though a plate was pressed into the paper. That would indicate an etching. Usually with an etching the number and edition number would be on the edge. I don't see that.
Anyway it goes it's a really nice piece. The subject matter is great.

Yeah this is a nice pic it is hard to put it in a category for researching though I tried western/black pioneers , thinking maybe trying something along freedom trail or something along those lines.The name of artist is so illegible that will almost be impossible.
