Need help with bullet ID please

The round ball was found at a possible Texas Revolution camp site. The second was found at an old late 1800's park. Can anyone help ID & date these bullets?

well hollow base normally means "black powder era" type bullet that and the groves (gas check rings) in the body of the bullet
