Need help with ID.

Found these in my yard that was once old farm property. Pretty sure the bell is from a sleigh but the other items I am not sure The nail I am curious about its construction. Seems very different then other nails that I have found in the area. Thanks for any help.

Technical term for the bell is "crotal bell". Thing with star on it is pretty neat.

Agreed crotal bell and the star piece could be some sort of decorative leather mount.
