Need Help with Jewelry Piece

I was cleaning out some of my bags of jewelry and came across this. Any ideas on what it could be? It's definitely sterling but it does not have any markings, etc. Any ideas? Thanks!

I am probably wrong.........looks like a toe ring with a chain that connects to some kind of "slave" sandal/thong?? Don't hate me, I am just saying. Think I have seen the girls wearing such things.

What size is the "ring" part? Before I venture a guess, I'd be interested in seeing a flip side of that photo, particularly where the chain attaches to the ring. I can agree with what CladSpends2 is saying as to the slave bracelet kind of thing. Here is an example of a slave ring-

That looks like an ear cuff. Couldn't find one exactly like it. Here is one a bit different. You could probably get $20-$30 out of it maybe a little more.
