i live in lake havasu, az. we dive weekly and recently did a drift dive in parker, az. during a dive i found an old, folding stock, admiralty, kedfe style anchor. this is an extremely rare find in these waters to say the least.

the anchor has a "US" stamped i. the crown area. the opposite side of the crown has a "100" stamped in it. there are matching raised "100"s on the flukes. and there is a raised circle with a capitol "M" inside just above one of the 100s on the fluke.....

this area had alot of steamboat barge traffic from the 1850s the 1917....

any help with identifying a year of manufacture would be greatly appreciated.....

hey there,,,,

this thing is a heavy dog,,,,,, i concur and think that the "100" stamps indicate the actual weight of the anchor.....
