Need help with my Classic SL 3

I just got my Classic out of storage. I had about a month to use it before the ground froze up. So here's the problem with it sometimes when I use it, it will start to beep erratically. I,m sure that its not emi there wasnt anything around that would have caused interference. I noticed that the power sensitivity knob is loss. There is a lot of play in it. I can see a nut under neath the the plastic knob, I think its loose. I can't figure out how to pull the knob off the get to it and tighten it up. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The Knob just pulls off. You may have to use a screwdriver under the knob to pry it off. Use a little twisting motion on the screwdriver.

I tightened it up and it seems to be working just fine now
